We would be with you to assist you in opening up your Bank Account, we would also be there for you should you require a mortgage and the Bank Assessor needs access to the property. We would introduce you to a highly reputable and professional Lawyer, who would be acting on your behalf. On the day of completion we would be with you to accompany you to the Bank and afterwards to the Notary.
When purchasing a new property the price is no different from purchasing direct from the Builder or purchasing through any Agent, however, by using our services we would be there should you need any assistance. Normally with regards to a New Property, builders may offer an incentive to buy by including white goods in the price, however we offer our clients not only furniture packages up to the value of €6,000 (value dependant upon property type), but you also have the benefit of our services during the completion process.
