One Stop Property Shop is based in Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca, an English owned company with it´s owners being Mr John Pickett and Mr Keith Pickett. John has been in Spain for 8 years in the property sector and Keith has been in Spain for 18 years and in the property sector for 15 years, combined they have 23 years experience. Keith has currently retired, however, lends a very needing hand when required, and the business is now in the capable hands of Mr John Pickett Both are well known and trusted and liked by all who meet them. The Administration within the office is controlled by Wendy Smith.
Keith Pickett and his son John are also business partners in La Zarza Properties S.L., a development company that they set up some 6 years ago. Both companies are currently being run from the same office in Torrevieja, however, as the company expands, as is planned over the next 3-4 years, La Zarza Properties will be moving offices to Jumilla with One Stop Property Shop staying in it´s current location still offering the same excellent service to itss clients.
One Stop Property Shop offer a bespoke service to people who came to Spain with a view to purchasing property. Since then we have helped around some 500 people, who have either bought or sold property, to realize their ambitions with as little or no stress as is possible.
We have retained the services of one of the most professional, efficient and respected law firms in Torrevieja. All the staff are fluent in English, and are able to explain and guide you through all the necessary legal requirements and procedures you are likely to encounter.
We have also at our disposal an excellent English speaking banking service, who will assist and advise you through any required banking procedure, such as opening an account, monetary transfers, mortgages etc.
